I'm Aaron Seneker. I started Seneker Media because the gap between a listing that photographs well and one that photographs adequately is worth real money to the agent holding it, and north county has more of the former than it has photographers who treat it that way.
I shoot bracketed exposures on a tripod, keep verticals straight, and stay off the ultra-wide lenses that make a living room look twice its size. Buyers notice the difference when they walk in. So do the agents who have to manage that moment.
